SUBJECT: Transfer of Funds Between Projects
DATE: 25 April 1949
1. Request a transfer of funds in the amount of $15,000 be
made from. I & S 8-149 to I & S 18-49. This transfer of funds is
necessary in order to cover salaries and travel under the increased
Table of Organization approved 12 April 19149. The original project
was approved in the amount of $100,000 of which approximately
$55,000 has been expended.
2. Discussions with personnel of the CFB indicate that
approximately :$145,000 will be required to cover expenses accruing
to the Research Branch during the balance of the fiscal year 1919.
