CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL OF LEASING NEW GARAGE SPACE
FOR CIA UNDER PROJECT A&M-22-1i9
1. Lease to be at rate of $1200 per month for one year periods,
subject to annual renewal without rent increase for a total period of
ten years.
2. Lease to include furnishing of adequate heating and lighting
in $1200 per month rental figure.
3. Lessor to include in building prior to occupancy and without
increase in rental cost stated above:
a. Installation of --
(1) One 1500 gallon gasoline tank to be furnished by CIA.
(2) Electrical connection for work benches and required
electrical equipment.
(3) Exhaust fans.
(Li) Hydraulic lift (grease rack) to be furnished by CIA.
b. Preparation for installation of--
(1) Two gasoline pumps to be installed by CIA.
(2) Wash rack.
(3) Paint rack.
c. Interior construction of --
(1) Appropriate office space.
(2) Stock room
Li.. Lessor to complete all necessary grading and surfacing in
vicinity of building without cost to CIA.
5. CIA to furnish:
a. One 1500 gallon gasoline tank for installation.(now on hand).
b. TWo gasoline pumps and install them
c. Canvas screen for wash rack.
d. Paint rack (now on hand).
