DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE OF PROJECT
A written offer has been received from the lessor, of a brick building
containing approximately 7,000 square feet and an lot 237
feet long by,70 feet wide adjacent to the property
at an annual rental of $4800. The Services ice desires aceeptdnm_e
of this offer in order to utilize the additional space for the storage
of paper and materials of large size and considerable wei h . Space now

quate due to the small size and capacity of the elevator, causing much o
the paper to be hand-carried, and placing the paper on skids. The second
