The following messages were transmitted by the Ho Chi Minh station
VNA in Vietnamese Morse to the unidentified Chinese Communist station
GMH for relay to the Soviet Union-
9 December 1951 0200 GMT
"Respectfully addressed to Andrei Vishinsky, Minister of Foreign
Affairs of the Soviet Union.
"Having learned of the death of Comrade Yefremov of your
honorable government, I wish to express to the government of the
Soviet Union the sincere sympathy of the government of Vietnam."
"(signed)-. Hoang Minh Giam, Foreign Minister of the Democratic Republic
of Vietnam."

the Council of Ministers of the USSR.
