The navigational situation in the Irbenskiy Gulf for December 26-.
South Farvater. Roman buoys Nos. 19293 in place but do not burn.
North Farvater. Arab buoys Nos. 293 in place and are burning.
Buoy No. 4 Sandbanks Mikhailov and Vindavskiy, fencing off the sunken
vessel. All are absent. Buoy Kolki is alight. Banks Berezina is .
burning Buoy No. 1 Daugavgrivskiy pilot is alight and will receive
a pilot for accompanying to Riga; his coordinates are latitude 5706.5
longitude 23 57.0.
The radio lighthouse of Daugavgriv is not working. Radio light-
house of Mikelbek is working,, but you must order through us within
three hours, as it only works for three hours. I recommend you to
pass through Irbenskiy only in daytime. Buoy No. 1 of Northern
Farvatsr is doubtful, care should be exercised while approaching.
