2? The minutes of the Fifteenth meeting of the Support Action Panel were
reviewed and accepted as presented, The Chairman noted, in connection with
ohe proposals that certain Support Officers be considered for assignment to
Support components, that had been accepted for a tour
by the Office of Personnel.
3,, The Panel then noted the minutes of the Eighth meeting of the Support
Development Panel and recommended that the proposals contained therein be
approved,
4, Promotion recommendations fo GS-12, Chief
of Support, OCS and fo GS-13, Deputy Chief of Support, ORR
were noted and the Executive Secretary was requested to prepare a.clmowledg-
,'ments to the components concerned,

`5, The Panel then turned to consideration of members of the Support
oJareer Service for selected training courses. In connection with a request
that nominations be made for the Fellowship In Congressional Operations
it was agreed that probably other elements of the Agency would profit more from
participation than would Support: but it was agreed that the following two
Support Officers with Law Degrees might be considered. in competition with
other candidates:

employees be converted to Career Employee status:
