on 9 June 1966 many of those who knew the late
25X1A9a
as a friend and as Director of Communications
met at the Training Center to pay special tribute to him--a man
whose guidance helped to shape the course of his own Office and of
the Organization. This tribute, the dedication to
of a new building at the Center which will house the communications
training facilities, was particularly fitting because of his great
interest in the training and career development of his people.
The commemorative bronze-plaque is inscribed:
