REFEREPICE : Memorandum from Commanding Officer, -to ADD/A,
same subject dated 30 April 1953.
1. A survey
was made on 6 Tay 1953 with reference to improvements and additions
to the emergency power equipment as noted in reference memorandum.

2. The survey substantiates the statements in the reference
memorandum and the estimated. cost included. for as Annex B,, 25X1A6a
(912,000.00) is considered adequate for equipment, material and services
required. $6,000.00 should be added for installation of transformer 25X1A6a
and wiring required. cost was not included in reference
memorandums. It is estimated that ;;5,000.00 will be required to adequately
house and install the recommended 60 ILA generator.
3. advises that in 25X1A6a
discussing this problem with ADD A, it was indicated that if the project
was approved, fiscal year 1953 funds would be allocated.
a. That the action as recommended in reference memorandum
be approved.
b. That funds in accordance with estimate of :21, 000.00 be
approved in order that this Office may prepare necessary contract
documents and award contract using fiscal year 1953. funds.
