What are the reasons offered by rsen and women employees for resigning from the Agency? The individuals who are leaving frequently fail to give the true reason and often there are many factors contributing to the decision to goo In an effort to come as close as possible to the real reason in each cases the Panel members working cm this report read tie narratives of the exit interview and attempted to classify each in the proper category.
