SUBJECT: Review of Account 180, Investments in Proprietary Projects,
and Other Related Accounts
1. The subject report, copy attached, covers an Audit Office review
of Finance Division handling of accounts provided for proprietary projects.
2. Schedule A of the report list- projects on whd.ch proper write-
offs cannot be made because project financial reports are delinquent or
deficient. Schedule B lists? projects with balances still in the invest-
ment account awaiting action in connection with liquidation.
3. Administrative action has been requested of the Comptroller to
expedite the necessary write-offs.
