SUBJECT PAPS Review of Project Administrative
Plans
1, The PAPS project review function has been initiated by the
attached memoranda. C/ADMIN/DDP has indicated his concurrence
in this type of review (see routing sheet of Attachment A). C/I&R
has been informed of the contemplated scope of the review (Attach-
ment B), and has previously expressed views favoring the review
function (Attachment C).
2. The reviews forwarded herewith have been discussed with
Mr. Houston in his capacity as Acting DD/A, and copies have been
distributed as indicated on the carbon copies of each review.
