3. MMM4MM FM PROGRAM SUBMISSIONS
Programs shall be submitted to the Project Review Committee in accordance with
the following requirements:
a. Projects which previously have been considered by the Project Review Com-
mittee and approved. by the Director of Central. Intelligence shall be
identified and described briefly, including :
A statement of authority.
A statement of objective(s).
A statement of estimated personnel and materiel requirements..
A statement of estimated total cost; and
If any-major variation. in contetalated, details of the planned rnod.i-
fication, including; details of any major ehnnges which have been
authorized and put into effect during the past fiscal year.
