to seek medical reti ut states that he cannot afford to
raise his family on the approximately $130 a month that will
allow him. Consequently, he feels he must seek to remain in
the Agency and seek to resolve any security problems that face
him.
2. The doctors, of course, cannot guarantee that the strain
of a Review Board might not cause another heart attack. I have
discussed this with and he recognizes this possibility.
He has asked, howev , he be allowed another month's
grace
to regain strength. I indicated that I thought this was a
reasonable request and that I would suggest that you call him
in July and reconvene the Board then. He stated that should he
feel up to a Board before July, he would advise you directly.
3? I have discussed this with the DDCI and we feel that
only a Board can finally resolve this case, inasmuch as any
other method would probably place an equal amount of strain
on the individual.
