SUBJECT: Justification for Extension of
Consultants, Fiscal Year 1955.
1. The attached Forms 37-195, in triplicate, are
submitted for the purpose of obtaining the required
justification to the Director of Central Intelligence
for the extension of consultants on your rolls for
Fiscal Year 1955.
a. Items 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 are
to be completed if the consultant
contract is to be renewed for the
Fiscal Year 1955.
b, If the consultant contract
is not to be renewed for Fiscal
Year 1955, complete Item 7 only
with the following statement
"Contract to Expire cob 30 June l951'.
c. All three copies of Form
37-195 should be returned to this
office by not later than 15 June 1954.
d, One copy of Form 37-195 will
be returned to your office after DCI
approval has been obtained.
2. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly
appreciated.
