1, The Personnel Office is currently conducting extensive
research inte the types and uses of persennel forms throughout the
Agency. The immediate ebjective of this research is to develop the
type el Positien and Employee_Record Card which best meets the
ever-all needs f the Agency. This will thereby provide each Age ncy
c- fliponent with an effective basis UT standardized personnel record
keeping.
2. Part of this reseerch will invc7,1,e a survey of the
rieus personnel f..rms used by appropriate Agency components.
It is reaueSted that maximum ceoperati._,n be extended to the rep-
resentative from the rersonnel Office appointed te conduct this
survey who will contact your office in the near future in this regard.
