1. The Personnel (Mee is currently conducting extensive
research int.) the types and uses of personnel forms throughout the
Ikgency. The immediate objective of this research is to develop the
type fPositicn and 'Employee Recc,rd Card which best meets the
,)ver -all needs f the Agency. This will thereby provide each Agency
c,mponent with an effective basis for standardized personnel record
2. Part of this researdh will inv(Ave a survey of the
arious personnel fi:vms used by appropriate Agency components.
It is requested that maxim= dc..operation be extended to the rep-
resentative from the Personnel Office appointed to conduct this
survey who will contact your office in the near future in this regard.
