The story on air conditioning, alterations, and moves may be
briefed as followsst
a. All air conditioning units in Barton and Curie
Halls will be in operation by 27 August, except for 7
package units.
b. WH and TSS have been moved from Quarters I and
are now operating in Barton Hall. The moves of the
Logistics Office personnel within Quarters I have been
completed. The contractor is working on alterations
preparing Quarters I for occupancy by 00; 1 September
is the estimated date for completion.
c. Work on the tunnel between the Administration
and South Buildings is scheduled to commence 23 August.
