SUBJECT : Fence installation, Alcott, Barton, and Curie Halls,
1. Attached is memorandum dated 19 October 1954 to the Chief,
Real Estate and Construction Division, which indicates chronological
developments of the subject fence.
2. Your attention is called to paragraph 1. v., wherein it is
indicated that the installation of push buttons connected to the bell
system at the guards desk will be completed on 22 October. This
electrical work was not included in the original fence contract and
is being accomplished by PBS Group Forces.
