All work in priority area No. 1
completed except for minor clean-
up and installation of telephone
service. Priority areas 2 and 3
are scheduled for painting the week
of 29 November. Requirements for
Building Receptionist's suite have
been established and are being for-
warded to GSA for estimate by the
contractor. Upon selection of
desired paneling for the DCI and
DDCI Suites, PBS Group Forces will
proceed to order this and other
materials preparatory to commencing
work; duct work for central air
conditioning has been fabricated.
Window type air conditioners
completely installed in accessible
areas, except the wiring. Plumbing
work in DCI toilet and kitchen to
start immediately following oc-
cupancy of priority area No. 1 space
by ONE.
Concrete pouring of tunnel walls
and roof was accomplished on 24
November; approximately 14 days
will be required for proper setting
before forms can be removed. At

final inspection is made. Have
been advised by GSA Inspector that

work has been accomplished, expect
remaining work to be completed in
a few days.
Erection of vault walls on 2nd
floor complete. Erection of cinder
block walls around air-handlers
and other equipment rooms continuing,
Installation of metal framework for
hung ceilings on second floor
continuing. Carpenters erecting
stud and sheetrock partitions on
first floor. Repair of windows
and mechanical installations
continuing. Several addendums in
process of acceptance. Duct work
on second floor 98 per cent complete,
and in basement, approximately
35 per cent. Vault doors requisit-
441111 in July are expected to arrive
