Further details on program discussed in reference memorand.4 now are available and are disseminated herewith. 2. The total activity consists of five courses and a weekly so^mina ?, supplemented by a five-day conference, A full-time academic progra%w consists of (a) two elected courses taken on a full-participation b k'sis (b) one elective on an audit basis, (c) the meekly seminar and (d) 1";he one-week conference. All students are expected to participate on a full credit basis. Academic credit from the Johns Hopkins University is available. 3. Classes begin on 29 June and continue to 26 August. Each course will meet for two tvjo-hour sessions each week. All classes 4ad the seminars will meet during the time from 0730-0930 and, 1930-2130 hours. The conference will meet all day from 10-14 August inclusive. 4., Due to a change in the date of admissions, applications to attend at government expense may still be submitted to the Director of Training. AU applications must be sent via I&S/0, and must be received in the Office of Training not later than 20 May. Following approval by the Director of Training, each individial,will receive from 09R an SAIS admissions form and will perform his own registration. An advance of approved funds is available for this purpose. Registration at SkIS may be performed at any. time during May and must be completed not later than 29 May by all employees sponsored by the Office of Trainingo lHegis- tration may be performed after that date at personal expense. 5. Tuition is X165 and registration is $5. Up to ~l5 for books will be allowed to persons who do not wish to retain them after conclusion of the program. 6.
