1. Pursuant to the authority vested in mews Executive, CIA,
and in accordance with the authority contained in Paragraph 3.0 of
the Confidential Funds Regulations, CIA, I hereby designate the fol-
lowing individuals as Certifying Officers for the Finance Division
effective 23 October 1950:
2. The above named individuals will perform duties as Certify-
ing Officers in connection with Departmental activities in Washington,
D. C, Action will be initiated immediately to have appropriate surety
bonds executed by each in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph
3.1 of the Confidential Funds Regulations.
