SUBJECT: Designation of Approving Officers for Confidential Funds
1. Paragraph 10.5 a. of Confidential Funds Regulations states
in part that ''The Executive and the appropriate Assistant Directors
are authorized to designate approving officers in writing, by title
of official position, from the personnel assigned to their Offices."
2. There is attached a proposed memorandum for the signature
of the Deputy Director for Administration which designates, by title
of position, certain officials as approving officers in accordance
with the above citation.
3. The issuance of this memorandum will expedite processing
and the paying of vouchers involving confidential funds.
