! MORANDUM FOR* DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF PLANS, CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY
SUHJECTL (SECRET) Provision of Support to the CIA
1. Headquarters, United States Air Forces in Europe (USAFE),
her recently requested guidance from this Headquarters regarding the
furnishing of support to Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) activities
in Europe, the Near East and North Africa. As the major air command

Headquarters be so informed. If each Senior CIA Representative in
Europe, the Near East and North Africa is charged with the responsi-
bility for assuring adequate air support in his area it is submitted
that Headquarters, USAFE, must establish effective secure liaison
with the offices of those personnel.
