1. Attached herewith is a proposed Logistics Instruction
No. 45-1+50- , Subject; Preparation and Distribution of Agency
Shipping Documents rescinding Logistics Instruction No. LI 45-
150-1, same subject dated 11 October 1954.
2. This proposed instruction will furnish procedural
guidance covering the classification, preparation, and distri-
bution of Agency shipping documents for a new system designed
to eliminate unnecessary paper work and to simplify supply
documentation procedures.
