Thank you for your letter of March 21 informing me of
the nomination b the Central I ce Agency of Messrs.
25X1A to attend the
ig teenth Senior Seminar in Foreign Policy, September 2,
1975 to June 25, 1976. I accept with pleasure the nomination
of these two officers, whose records certainly suggest they
will be both recipients and contributors of the unusual
benefits you will agree attach to the Seminar.
This has certainly been the ease this year with the
Agency's representation as evidenced by the active partici-
pation in the Seminar's activities. We are of course
delighted-that you continue to send us officers of such
caliber.
I will be writing directly to the new nominees and look
forward to meeting them personally i.n the not-so-distant
future. Meanwhile,-would you be good enough to have your
office complete the enclosed "Rec{uest for Training" forms
and return them to the Foreign Service Institute.
With the renewed expression of appreciation for the
fine cooperation we continue to enjoy with the Agency,
