Tentative Table of Organization for Executive for
Inspection & Security
1. The attached tentative Table of Organization is
approved for the Executive for Inspection & Security.
2. Please instruct the Personnel Branch to establish
.the classification grades with the Civil Service Commission.
3. Appointments and promotions to the tentative grades
indicated in the attached Table of Organization will be
restricted to at least one grade lower for each position
until such time as the proposed grades have been approved
by the Civil Service Commission. Exception may be made
where the Assistant Chief of the Personnel Branch gives
assurance that the tentative grade will be finally approved
by the Commission.
4. A personnel ceiling of )ositions is established
for all quarters of fiscal year 1945.
