1. Effective Monday, 9 August 1948, the Special
Security Division of the Office of Special Operations will
be consolidated into the Office of the Executive for In-
spections and Security.
2. The transfer of personnel, equipment and facili-
ties will be arranged by the officers addressed in this
memorandum.
