items were discussed:
1. Humn Resources Pro gym: Mr. Garrison requested that support

Chiefs will present their budgets to Je r. Garrison.
3. Quarterly Review of~Office Objet sg Special Staff is preparing
the quarterly review of office o Jec ves ant-expect to be able to tie it
in with the budget.
4. Weekly Res: In order to be more fully informed of office
activities,. r. Garrison will try to go over each report with the Division
and Staff cbiet.
5. Purposes of Staff Nmg : Mr.. Garrison stated that these Misr
staff meetings we the proper p ace to die uss end to ask questions concerning
Division and. Staff Activities.
6. Trains and Orientation Lectures: Those giving presentations and
training lectures should be able to speak in an interesting and authoritative
Hamner; and If the speaker is not fully informed on the sub3ect, an expert
in the subject should act the speaker.

ready for submittal in final form by 15 August, the deadline date.
