from 20 December 1958 through 20 January 1959?

Inc., on January 13, 1959, it was decided that the instal-
raft doors should be postponed from the week of February 2,
1959, to the first week of March. This is not a confirmed date. A firm date
will be supplied by the customer as soon as it can be determined.
2. An agreement covering the anticipated lease of necessary
hangar space has been entered into with the Air Nod, Division of Cooke Electric
Company. Since the original reservation for hangar space was cancelled when
the installation date was changed, we are being required to pay a retainer fee
of $25.00 per week after February-2, 1959, to guarantee space at Air Nod's
facility when it is needed.
on January 23, 1959, the Government Project Engineer aske

to prepare a cost estimate of a mock-up of the door
area which could be used to test the operation of the doors. This has been
done and the cost estimate will be given to the Government Project Engineer at
the proposed meeting on January 29, 1959-
4. The assembly of the rear door should be complete about
January 29, 1959. This will give the Government Project Engineer an oppor-
tunity to examine the design and also the workmanship. The fixture for the
,forward door is complete and the assembly has been started.
5. Since the latest estimate to complete indicates insufficient
fandz, this problem is to be discussed at the meeting on January 29, 1959.
6. The delay in installation of the first door is reflected in
the finish date for the five doors. This is indicated on the Master Project
Schedule.
Action Required:
1. Obtain a firm installation date if' this is possible.
2. Present mock-up estimate to Government Project Engineer.
3. Determine course to be followed with regard to additional
