SUBJECT: OCD T/0 Increase Under Provisions of NBC-169
1. OCD requires a ceiling increase of 5 in order to provide for
an added work burden not previously anticipated. This increase, and
funds totaling $18s987.00 will facilitate the processing of raw data
being received in increasing amounts and now backlogged.
2. It is requested that you authorize the withdrawal of 5 ceiling
allocations from the existing Director's Reserve of 17, thereby in.
creasing the OCD ceiling from I.
