Increase in the OSI Table of Organization
1. h attached revision of the OSI T/O woulc provide a
departmental. positions, representing an increase
of over the 1952 budget estimate.
2. The position increase of=is the same as that
which has been tentatively reflected in the 1952 base of the
1953 Budget. The grade distribution, however, does reflect,
some revision over that reflected in the OSI budget submis-
sion, representing a reduction of 4 GS-his, and an increase
of 2 GS-12+s, 1 G73-11 and 1 GS-5.
3. The increased cost of the revised T/O during the
current fiscal year can readily bra absorbed within the 1952
budget estimate for OSI,
