MEMORANDUM FOR: CIA MANAGEMENT OFFICER
SUBJECT: Proposed T/O Revision
1. The operational responsibilities of the Far East Division,
OPC, have increased so sharply since the T/O of this Headquarters
organizational element was established last June that it is now
considered necessary to revise this T/0 accordingly.
2. Further study will be required before the Division's T/O
needs at branch level will be known. Meanwhile, it is requested
that the attached T/O for the staff elements serving the branches
within the FE Division be approved.
