Division, Office of Special Operations.
REFERENCE: Your memorandum to the Executive, CIA,
dated 17 October 1950, subject as above.
1. Fifty per cent of the funds necessary for imple-
mentation of recommendations in the reference memorandum
is available within the currently approved budget of the
Office of Policy Coordination.
2. A request for transfer of funds to 0S0 will be
forwarded to the Budget Officer, CIA upon receipt of a
revised estimate of financial requirements for the remain-
der of the fiscal year from the Chief, Communications
Division.
