In response to your verbal request, we are enclosing
herewith, as enclosure (1) our Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee quotation
for the development of a Silicon Transistor for a 30 megacycle
10 watt Oscillator. To aid in your evaluation of this quota-
tion, we are also submitting as enclosure (2), a detailed
price analysis.

Enclosure (3), which is our technical proposal, describes our
method of fabrication and the mathematical approaches to the
design of this transistor We nlan tn utilize the extensive
experience of I im the field of high S TAT
frequency transistors for which has become widely STAT
known.
It is anticipated that this program will cover a
period of twelve (12) months, with a delivery of ten (10)
Silicon transistors at completion,as well as some suitable
"state-of-the-art" samples,during the course of the develop-
ment. More extensive details of this are included in our
Technical Proposal.
