2. The following infaareution is presented supporting the procurement
of the shave equipment by amending eadstigg contracts with S Ms
a. Plans and specification for the equipment were compiled by
the Radio Development and Reseassh Coarpomration, Jearssey City, New Jersey.
These plans and sp,eitieatians are not complete. Several moths
of enginseeiag time would be required to correct these items before
they could be submitted to nsaautaetu rers for competitive bids.
