The contractor by References (a) and (b) requested additional funds to
complete in the amount of $6,182. This request was further discussed at the
contractor's plant on 28 and 29 Au~?ust 1961 and an audit made of the request in
September 1961. As of this date, no further information has been received con-
cerning the above request. The contractor therefore respectfully requests
information as to whether the shove amount will be funded and if so, when will
the funds be incorporated into the subject contract.
Prompt attention to the above request will be appreciated.
