Submission of a Quotation for
Pursuant to a recent discussion between the technical representatives
of the contractor and the buyer, concerning the subject task order, the contractor
respectfully requests the deletion of the 150 ohms impedance balance requirement
from the subject task order scope of work. The deletion of the above requirement
will result in a decrease in the task order selling price of $1,863. computed
as follows:

If the above deletion is acceptable to the buyer, it is requested that
tually acceptable contract amendment be issued indicating the 150 ohms
ce balance is no longer a contractual item and also adjusting the
contract selling price accordingly.
The term and provisions of the subject task order, except as
modified above, shall still be applicable to the work being performed by
the contractor.
Favorable consideration of the above request will be appreciated.
Representatives of the contractor will be readily available in the event
that further contractual or technical discussion is necessary. In matters
pertaining to the above request and quotation lease address all in i ies
