Gentlemen;
You are advised that additional funds in the amount of $2,048.00
will be required to complete the referenced Work Order. Details of this
figure are shown on the attached sheet.
The major problem contributing to the additional requirement de-
veloped when it became apparent that more skilled technicians were re-
quired for the cable assemblies than had been orginally anticipated.
F.urthermore,. a necessity for stenciling the front and back of
each switch (880 in all), not called out on the bid drawings, developed
at a later date. Approximately 90 assembler and technician hours were
required for this operation.
Request for approval of the additional amount is hereby made and
we will be glad to furnish you with any additional information which you
may request.
