1. The Special Programs Staff has a requirement for a three
channel VHF receiver The receiver must
operate from a single antenna, and be divided into the following
frequency ranges:

request that your staff initiate the necessary action to solicit
proposals for the construction of this receiver. Funds will be
made available when a proposal is accepted.
