This work is in conjunction with that presently being executed
change in scope of Phase B and a new o ask Order 7.

2. We have carefully reviewed the change of scope in
Phase B and the new Phase B and consider the costs fair, reasonable
and necessary for the completion of Task Order 7. It is requested
that contractual action be undertaken to accept this proposal.
It is further requested that the proposed installation manual under
Phase 8 be scheduled for coaRpletion first.
3. Attached for this purpose is Requisition No. KSB 58-87
in the amount of $12,291.00 chargeable to Allotment No. 8/7912-
50-600. The association of the Agency with the Contract, and the
equipment is classified SKCKE '. The actual equip xt, specifi-
