1. In view of the withdrawal of operational requirements based
primarily on the lack of the capability to implement
the system under study, it is requested that the contractor
be notified that further work on this contract is not contemplated.
2. It is additionally requested that any action required to notify the
Office of Logistics regarding our discontinuance of this st
final contractual settlement be implemented by your office.
