May 1959 to inspect the progress on Contract RD-103, T.O. 1.1- The
following persons were contacted:

2. She first unit of the 16 deliverable battery chargers is
nearly completed and it will be shipped the week of 18 May 1959.
She present eslsfigaration of the battery charger is such that the
battery site on top of the charger. Charging is started by the
battery weight on a aicrosvitch. The battery charger will pro-
vide a 600 as charging rate at 12 or 14 welts. When the battery
is completely charged., an indicator light will go out. This battery
charger is quite rugged. It is possible to short the output with
no effect on the charger. the charger is designed for 115/230 volt
operation, 45 to 65 cycles per second.
