SUBJECT: Request for Amendment to Task Order No. 11,
Contract No. RD-103
REFERENCE: Government Meeting on 27 October 1961

Pursuant to discussions held at referent meeting, Contractor submits
herewith a formal request for an Amendment to Task Order No. 11 to
provide additional funding in the amount of $417.16. Attached hereto
as Exhibit "A" is a schedule showing the variance between estimated and
actual costs by element.
It is to be noted that while savings were made in the areas of Direct
Labor, Overhead and Premium Time, the Material/Accounts Payable charges
were $1,990.00 over those originally estimated. This overage is attri-
buted to the fact that the "off-the-shelf" power supplies Contractor had
contemplated using on this program proved to be unsatisfactory. As a
consequence, Contractor had to sustain a development program which
involved the procurement of considerably more material than originally
estimated.
