a. "Foreign Publications Exploitation Review" is
now in process of publicationt.. This is the first of
FD's annual reviews of all known exploitation of
foreign language publications.
b. Western Europe - FM has no requirements and
no facilities at this time for the exploitation of
Icelandic publications.
Africa - FDD'a coverage of Africa is the result
of review of requirements of the various agencies and
offices presented in hearings of the Subcommittee on
Exploitation of Foreign Language Publications. All
periodic reports in FDD'a current program are reviewed
each six months by this Subcommittee, and if USIA has
requirements not covered in present reporting it is
in order for them to present them for committee
discussion through their representatives Mr. Olum.
d. Latin America - The last "Semi-monthly Infor-
mation Report on Latin America" is the seventh in
the program and is
