FDB 63T20 USSR/Chemistry - Silver (Contd) Mar/Apr 1948 photographs of preoipitated silver chloride, barium dichrcaFnate, barium sulfate, copper ohromate, -lead chloride, manganese dioxide, zinc sulfide, sodium chloride, potassium chloride and sodium nitrate were obtained. Soluble precipitates showed a definite crystalline shape. Rapid formation of relatively insoluble precipitates produced first, round shapes, followed by secondary net-like porous aggregates, which, in turn, may be intermediate, thermodynami- cally unstable forms.
