MEMORANDUM FOR: Director of Training
SUBJECT Course Report for Vietnam Orientation #10
1. Vietnam Orientation #10, which ran from 24 to 25
October, had an enrollment of This was the 25X9A2
first unabridged course since last June. The program ran
as scheduled, with the three following exceptions: the
cancellation of the lectures on "Enduring Enemy Detention"
and on "Vietnam's Physical Setting", because of illness of
the proposed speakers; and the introduction of an hour's 25X1A9a
discussion of "Benefits and Services" by Messrs.
2. Members of the class were absent from time to time
for processing. Other than this, the administration pro-
ceeded smoothly. The last day's move from 1A13 to 1D1601
caused no trouble; it did, however, subtract from the gen-
eral effectiveness of the class. The presence of twenty-
two people--a four-man panel, a course coordinator, and
seventeen students--crowded 1D1601 to its capacity.
3. The comments of the class, as given to me and to
some FE officials, showed that the members considered the
course most interesting, stimulating, and worthwhile.

Tuesday, 25 October and Friday, 28 October.
