MEMORANDUM FOR: Deputy Director of Training
Unclassified NPIC Training Course
1. I received a telephone call on Thursday, 31 March
from Acting Chief, Support Staff, NPIC re-
questing that OTR postpone the start of the NPIC Training
Course until mid-June. This delay was authorized by The
Assistant for Administration, NPIC.
2. I have been invited to NPIC to discuss the diffi-
cult recruiting and personnel problems, and to investigate
their proposals for providing sufficient students to begin
the course in June. I plan to meet with NPIC personnel
during the week of 4 April 1966.
3. Chief, SIC has been advised that the course is
postponed and to be prepared to present the course during
the last two weeks in June.
4. The A&E Staff has been advised that we will not
need Room 441 or the one-day testing until mid-June.
