Power and chilled water renovations are nearing completion in preparation for the 17 July equipment delivery to Headquarters. 13. The installation of ARS-III at has been scheduled to commence on 4 August vice m u y in order to 25X1A6b allow additional time for the installation of the UCPS at Pre-acceptance testing of the ARS-IV system is now planned to take lace on 23 September. The installation of 25X1A6b this system at 6M is scheduled to commence in the late October to early November time frame. Late vendor deliveries, as reported by Systems, and an amendment to the contract to add 12 trunks to the switch contributed to the delay. 25X10 18. The_ shielded enclosure installation in 25X1A6a was completed on schedule. 19. A combined Headquarters team has been 25X1A 25X1A6a in during June preparing the CCC area for equip- ment installation. 20. The parent room renovations are moving on schedule.
