DDS&T site and the SOCOMM switch began on 30 June. Year-

17. Schedules for the Headquarters tandem switch
installation and cutover were extended to take place
on 7 October, and 28 November through 1 December 1975,
respectively. Late vendor deliveries, as reported by
Systems, and an amendment to the contract to add 12
trunks to the switch contributed to the
delay.
