The -prototype system was successfully operationally evaluated
in the field which resulted in an all out effort at home to provide an
operational system. The Lab felt the brunt of the work and during this
period to field units were fabricated. In addition,
seven aircraft relay systems (RU-700) were assembled, one base station
radio terminal (AS-700) and two programmed ASR's (PP-700) were assembled.
The equipment is being packed for air shipment as of 31 October.

Our construction/renovation planning effort continued with
receiving considerable attention. The Langley
renovation plans were finalized and RE&CD/OL is meeting with GSA on the A&E.
According to current information, the shielded enclosure installations
scheduling (with completion of ~ on 26 October) is as follows: 25X1A6a
