7. Project Status:
Work Orders 1, 2, 3, 4+, 5, 9, and 11 - RS-509 Systems
The contractor's overrun request for this group of work orders
was discussed during a negotiation meeting at the contractor's plant.
25X1A5a1 The original = request was negotiated down from $12,910 to $11,600.
25X1A5a1 In addition,Maccepted a cost ceiling on the negotiated sum to
complete the remaining work. Approximately six to eight weeks of
25X1A5a1 work are involved. - recommenced work effective on 13 May. Work
Order hi, will be assigned to cover the cost of the overrun per agree-
ment with OL/PD.
Work Order 10 - Instruction book for RS/L-509 System. The
contractor delivered the completed instruction book for the RS/L-509
package. The book is considered acceptable.
Work Order 12 - ET-49 Carrying Tray. The modified carrying tray
was delivered during April and is considered satisfactory.
Work Order 13 - Metal plates for telephone handsets. The balance
of approximately 135 plates were delivered on schedule during April
1966.
